What are delivery charges?
Delivery charges are the costs undertaken by our logistics team to bring your ordered item(s) to your doorstep. This takes into consideration the size of the item(s) and your location.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes, we do, we currently do home deliveries within Nairobi and Mombasa. For the rest of the country, we can deliver via a pickup station near you or through our external Logistics partner to your doorstep.
How long does it take to receive my product?

Which locations do you accept Cash on Delivery?
Please note we only accept cash on delivery for the major cities i.e Nairobi and Mombasa. For other areas, you will be required to prepay for your order. Should i pay before or after delivery?

How do I place an order?
Shopping on Ultimate Tech is easy! Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below: - Click on 'Add to Cart', to add this product to your cart, - Click on 'cart' in the top right corner, - Enter your shipping/billing information, - Choose your preferred payment option, - Click on 'Confirm order' to proceed to the payment portal and complete your order. How can I return a product?
You can initiate a return within 7 days after delivery / collection for Eligible reasons or Change of mind: - Eligible reasons - wrong, damaged, defective, incomplete, wrong-size, and counterfeit items can be returned (Ensure items are reported within the shortest time possible to facilitate an easy return process). - "Change of mind"- You can return items if you change your mind but refunds will only be processed if the package seal is still intact and if the product is in no way tampered with.
